thedailyfeed: EXCLUSIVE: L.A. school officials may have engaged in a systematic cover up of sexual abuse allegations by withholding documents from teachers’ files.  The Daily has learned that on at least two occasions, teachers who had been charged with abusing students had no reports of misconduct in their files, even though both of them had been subjected to an investigation by the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.  One of the teachers is Mark Berndt, 61, who was charged last week with 23 counts of lewd conduct, including allegedly spoon-feeding his semen to children in his classroom. The other is teacher’s aide Ricardo Guevara, who was convicted of groping children in 2005 and sentenced to 15 years to life in prison. Somebody will get hurt if this isn’t fixed. A mothers wrath is worse than a scorned woman!
